About The Author
Venkat Ramaswamy is a Professor of Marketing at the Ross School of Business, University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. He is globally recognized for his work in innovation, strategy, marketing, branding, IT, operations, and organisational behaviour. His earlier works introduced the concepts of cocreation and experience led value generation.

Krishnan Narayanan is the co founder and president of Itihaasa Research & Digital. He has had leadership roles in Infosys Labs, IIT Madras Alumni Association, and Aqua MAP Water Centre. He researches emerging technologies and large scale public & digital infrastructure, and is active in documenting India’s technology history.
