Bunter actually has a rich relation?

Arthur Carter, a new boy, arrives with a mission to get Bunter expelled and out of his uncle's will. He tries everything in the book and often the Owl is an easy victim but will he succeed? Carter destroys part of Quelch's manuscripts and tries to lay the blame on Bunter. Carter tries to frame Bunter with a stolen Postal Order, but fails once again. Carter tries to make it look as though Bunter's stolen a purse. Carter poses as Bunter and makes a spoof phone call to frame him. Once more a Bunter look-alike enters the plot, this time to get Bunter out of trouble. Can Bunter survive Carter's relentless scheming?
