How do I place an order?
Browse a collection or use Search, add items to cart, and checkout with your preferred payment method. You’ll receive an order confirmation email instantly.
How do I track my order?
Once shipped, you’ll get an email/Message with a tracking link. You can also check order status from My Account → Orders.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
Address edits are possible before dispatch. Write to support with your Order ID; we’ll do our best to help.
Can I cancel my order?
You can request cancellation before dispatch. Once shipped, standard return rules apply.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
COD availability varies by location and cart value. If available, you’ll see the option at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
International shipping may be offered selectively. Write to support with your country, full address, and book list for a quote.
How do pre-orders work?
Pre-order charges your chosen payment method at checkout. We ship as soon as the publisher’s release date arrives and stock is received.
